If you wish to be included in the prize draw, for a chance to win one of the 21 (twenty-one) prizes available please enter your details in the form above and press submit. The first prize is 2 (two) tickets to see Strictly Come Dancing - the Live Tour 2009 at Wembley, in February 2009 plus one StyleShake dress of your choosing, up to a maximum value of £55 plus a copy of Strictly Come Dancing - the Live Tour on DVD. 20 (twenty) runners up will each receive a copy of the Strictly Come Dancing - the Live Tour on DVD. The closing date for receipt of entries is the 14th November 2008. The winner of the first prize will be the first name drawn at random by an independent person after the closing date, and the next twenty names drawn will be the runners up. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize(s) are unavailable. No transport or accommodation is included in the prize. All expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The promoter and persons supplying the prizes cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, technical malfunction or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize.
